New Year's Day Breakfast

For the first time in I don't know how many years, we were up to watch the Rose Parade. Gracie and Luke loved the horses and the bands. They would yell and point at the television, clapping their hands.

They loved the Honda float with its fireworks and streamers.

They also adored the Sesame Street float, stopping still to watch Elmo, Big Bird, and Oscar make their way along the parade route with a marching band.

At one point, Daddy made breakfast and they sat down to eat eggs and Lil' Smokies. When that got boring, Daddy put some grapes in red cups (our new favorite snack container) and they walked about the living room eating their favorite snack!
